FAQ
Common questions
Quick answers on credits, costume looks, billing and delivery.
Version 1 costs 1 credit: three generated images for progressive templates, or two images with a confession card for confession templates. Version 2 motion videos cost 7 or 10 credits at 720p, and 15 or 22 at 1080p, for 10 or 15 seconds respectively.
Choose 15, 50 or 100 credits. Use them across all templates, custom image stories and AI motion videos. Downloading and exporting saved images costs no extra credits.
No. Every pack is a one-time payment. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
No. Credits stay in your balance until you use them, so a pack bought today works just as well next year.
A failed generation returns the credits charged for that task. A complete Version 1 three-stage story costs 1 credit. If a stage fails, only that stage is refunded; completed stages are kept. Retrying charges only for the failed stage, not the whole story.
Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits already spent on a generation are not refundable, because the job is sent to the provider and charged on the spot. Full rules are in the refund policy.
Buy another pack whenever you like. A second pack adds to the same balance and never replaces credits you already hold.
The methods on offer depend on the payment provider shown at checkout, so check that screen before confirming. The provider processes the payment, and we never see or store your full card number.
The pack price is shown at checkout. AI image and video charges are shown before generation; video duration and resolution affect that charge. Local photo slideshows use no credits.
The costume looks are classic Halloween staples, not tied to a single news cycle, so they stay useful whether the trend is peaking or fading. Credits never expire, so there is no rush.
