I'm Sorry I Lied is a browser-based studio for the "I'm sorry, I lied" Halloween costume trend. Upload one childhood costume photo — the homemade wings, the paper hat, the wrong color — and the AI redraws the flawless version you were promised, keeping the same face and pose.

The collection includes costume references such as butterfly, witch, astronaut and pirate, alongside progressive hair, makeup and outfit reveals. Version 1 assembles three stages from generated images; Version 2 generates AI motion. What the studio delivers

Version 1 assembles a silent, 9-second video in three stages. Confession templates use two generated images with a blurred-background text slide between them; progressive templates generate all three images. The final image follows the selected template rather than simply reusing your upload. Version 2 creates an AI motion video with the selected duration and quality. Review the faces, scene and transitions before sharing. Add licensed audio in your publishing platform if needed.

Credit packs are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and unused credits do not expire. Failed generations return their credit automatically. Completed reveals appear in My videos after processing, which can take several minutes depending on provider load.

An independently operated service

We are not affiliated with TikTok, CapCut or any creator of the trend. Names of platforms and sounds are used to explain context, not to claim endorsement. The trend audio is added by you inside the platform, and the service does not bundle or grant rights to it.

People, permission and sharing

The service is for adults. You may use your own photo — including a childhood photo of yourself — or a photo of your own child if you are their parent or guardian. Do not upload photos of other people's children, celebrities or public figures, or of anyone else without permission. Permission to make a reveal and permission to post it are separate decisions. Identify public posts as AI-generated and follow the destination platform's rules.
